If you or your gift recipient are not completely satisfied with the quality of a delivered product, or it is in any way damaged prior to receipt, it will be replaced. Due to health concerns, perishables & food products may not be returned. These products are covered by our guarantee and will be replaced if they arrive damaged. Claims are reviewed on a case by case basis. Once a valid claim is established we may offer a refund or replacment. Please contact our customer service department immediately to place a claim. We must be contacted by 5 days after receipt of gift for claims to be honored. Any claims placed after that time will not be honored.

Q: Can I ship my basket anywhere?

A: We ship only to the Continental United States. We do not ship internationally, to AK or HI or APO/FPO addresses.

Q: Why do you need my recipient's phone number?

A: FedEx must have the recipient's phone number to qualify for our guaranteed delivery service. We will not contact your gift recipients via phone unless we are having problems with delivery.
