If you or your gift recipient are not completely satisfied with the quality of a delivered product, or it is in any way damaged prior to receipt, it will be replaced.

Due to health concerns, perishables & food products may not be returned. These products are covered by our guarantee and will be replaced if they arrive damaged.

Claims are reviewed on a case by case basis. Once a valid claim is established we may offer a refund or replacment.

Please contact our customer service department immediately to place a claim. We must be contacted by 5 days after receipt of gift for claims to be honored. Any claims placed after that time will not be honored.
